My base is Rochester, MN, and I wonder where people think is the best medical clinics and specific for eye surgery will be based on their experience Postive. Negative reports are also useful. willing to travel to Minneapolis / St. Paul, Duluth, Wisconsin or Iowa or places are close. Thank you!

Kurious Kitty, I have refractive surgery last winter and I had no problem. It took some time to get familiar enough with the risks of surgery done, now I'm glad I did. There are many excellent LASIK surgeons in your area. I work with a nonprofit Lasik patient representation. We do not do LASIK, LASIK, objective and confirm the results of LASIK patients in the medical field.
Of course, in Rochester, Minnesota, you have the Mayo Clinic. I agree with the Lasik surgeon is well known there, and whether your due diligence, you find that this doctor has numerous presentations and published numerous articles on eye surgery. I have no direct knowledge of the results of LASIK Mayo, but when our 50 tough questions for your Lasik doctor, I am sure he will be satisfied with answers from their doctors.
