I think you'll find that the radical sects of Islam, a more flexible definition of "Takfir" or if someone is no longer a Muslim. The simple answer is because Allah is the "God" who revealed the Koran, a demon and not God Almighty in the Bible.
If you want proof, read the hadith which say that Muhammad had to recite the Qur'an, which had killed nearly so afraid to reveal something of the Koran to him.
